How do I buy an item?

1. Click on the item to open its description page.
2. On the right sidebar column on the item page, select your preferred license option and click on the green “BUY NOW” button.
3. You will be redirected to the payment page.
4. Select payment method. There are two options: PayPal or WebDilaz Credit(Accrued site balance from item sales, affiliate commission or awarded bonuses).
5. Confirm order summary and order details to make sure the order items are correct.
6. Click on the green “Checkout” button at the bottom.

Do I need to register an account on ThemeDilaz to purchase an item?

Yes, you need to create an account on ThemeDilaz so that you can have access to your purchase downloads and future updates.

Can I register multiple ThemeDilaz accounts and buy separately from each account?

Yes, you can create multiple ThemeDilaz accounts and use them to purchase items separately. However, each ThemeDilaz account that you create will have to be registered with a different email address.

Which license should I choose when buying an item?

We offer several license options depending on your requirements on how you intend to use the item after purchasing it.
ThemeDilaz offers its customers 3 license options:
1. Single License – The purchased item is restricted for use on single installation or single project only.
2. Multiple License – The purchased item is restricted for use on upto three installations or three projects only.
3. Extended License – The purchased item may be licensed, sub-licensed, redistributed, or resold in a final modified product that is incorporated into a larger work you have created for yourself or for your client.

Do I need to select or buy a recommended/addon service?

No, addon services are optional. You can buy addon services later if you need to.

Who provides the recommended/addon services?

All ThemeDilaz addon services are provided and delivered by ThemeDilaz expert web developers.

How do I add an item to my wishlist?

There are 2 options of adding an item to your wishlist:
1. Click on the “heart” icon located below the item preview image on the item’s description page.
2. Click on the “heart” icon located below the item icon image on items lists pages e.g category pages, search results page, etc.

Where can I download my purchased item?

Login to your ThemeDilaz account and choose any the options given below:
1. On the item page, click on “Downloads” tab located between “Reviews” and “Followers” tabs.
2. On the top navigation menu, choose “Account” and click on “Purchases“. The purchases page will be opened; choose your item and click the download button.

For how long will the purchased downloads be valid?

Download links are made available immediately after the purchase has been completed. The downlink will remain available for as long as the item is still available on the marketplace except on unlikely scenarios where the item has breached ThemeDilaz Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. If the seller decides to discontinue the sale of his/her items, download links will still be available to all customers who purchased the item.

Can I re-download the purchased items?

Yes, you are free to download the item files anytime for as much you want.

How can I check my purchase history?

Login to your ThemeDilaz account. On the top navigation menu, choose “Account” and then click on “Purchases“. The purchases page will be opened showing a list of all your purchases.

How I get an invoice for my purchase?

Login to your ThemeDilaz account. On the top navigation menu, choose “Account” and then click on “Invoices“. The invoices page will be opened showing a list of all your purchase invoices. Click on the invoice number to view the invoice details. ThemeDilaz invoices are print friendly and you can print the invoice with ease by clicking the “Print Invoice” button.

How can I get support for my purchased items?

Item support is not mandatory from the item sellers. If you have any questions regarding an item, please ask or consult the seller of the item before purchase. Inquire from the item seller if they provide support for their items.
